What do I need to bring for Tryouts?

Your son and/or daughter will need to wear appropriate attire including shin guards,
socks to cover the shin guards, plenty of water, and a completed registration form
(available at the registration table  during Tryouts, or click here to download the registration form in Word® format).

My child has been selected to a team, what do I need to have for Registration?

Make sure your players bring two copies of their birth certificate, one head/shoulder picture
that is 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches square and your checkbook. Parents (at least one) will also need to attend to sign the various forms needed to officially register their son or daughter.

When and Where is Registration:

Club Registration Night is listed on the Club Calendar on this website. It is usually the third week of June on a Tuesday evening.
